		<description>Very interesting. Here in the US, most immigrant Latinos (US born Chicanos and Puerto Ricans etc. don&#039;t seem to have the problem)simply use the hyphen in all their papers. The Hispano-Belgian kids of the post would be Avello-Weber here. It satisfies the US custom of stressing the patrnal lastname while preserving the maternal as well. My daughter ran afoul of this by not using the hyphen and ran into identity problems caused by blind alsphabetization routines in her college.</description>
